We believe pricing should be clear and uncomplicated. The Benchmark is rented as a full day experience, giving you room to set up, celebrate, and enjoy the day at your own pace. No confusing tiers. No unnecessary add ons. Just the essentials you need to create a celebration that feels like your own.

Full Day Venue Rental

Friday, Saturday, Sunday-$6,000 | Monday-Thursday - $3,500

Your rental includes access to the indoor event hall and the North Meadow ceremony site, along with the time and flexibility to make the space your own.

Included with the Venue:

  • Indoor event hall on the upper level of The Benchmark building

  • Access to the outdoor North Meadow ceremony space

  • Tables and chairs for ceremony and reception

  • Prep kitchen for staging and plating

  • Up to a two-hour scheduled ceremony rehearsal

  • Venue manager on site during your event

  • Full day setup and teardown time

  • Free parking (limited)

This structure allows couples to work with their preferred vendors and bring in personal decor, florals, and details that reflect their style.

Additional Considerations

Day of Coordinator

Hiring of our partner agency, The Perfect Day Co, is required to ensure the event runs smoothly and that vendors, timelines, and setup are managed professionally.

Extended Time

Event hosts who choose to add a full rehearsal dinner rental, additional setup time, or additional cleanup time will incur additional costs.

Damage Deposit

A refundable damage deposit of $1500 is collected prior to the event and returned after the venue is inspected pending any damage charges.

Discounts Available

Discounts are available for weekdays and offseason and for couples with a valid military ID.
